This lovely room is small, but has space for a double bed, desk and wardrobe. I am a 28 year old American man and happy to hang out together as there is a big kitchen, living room and back garden.

The house contains 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and one with a bathtub. There is also a shed in the garden for storage.

The area is extremely well connected, and is a good mix between being central and having a local neighborhood vibe. Highlights are the coffee shop which hosts country dancing in the summer, Italian deli which hosts DJ nights, excellent Latin and Ethiopian restaurants, and multiple food halls, pubs, bars and clubs nearby.
