We’re two women in our 30s looking for a third flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Battersea.

The flat is in a council building, but the location is great — just a 2-minute walk from Battersea Park and around 7 minutes to both Albert Bridge and Battersea Bridge, with easy access to the riverside.
The room is spacious and comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe.

We’re looking for a like-minded woman around our age who values a clean, calm home and is respectful of shared spaces and privacy. We’re fine with having guests over, but we prefer to keep overnight stays and late-night hosting to a minimum.

We have a cleaning rota in place and share the cost of household essentials.

Details:
• Rent: £700 per month, paid directly to the landlord (paid on the 5th of each month).
• Rent increase: £800 from May.
• Deposit: £495 to be paid to the current flatmate who is moving out.
• Bills: Paid to us (myself and Valentina the 3rd flatmate) and split equally.
