Hello everyone. My name is Ron, male, 49 y. o. A room is available for rent in the flat. It’s a maisonette style, 2 floors. There are 2 rooms in the flat(1st floor) a separate living room & kitchen on ground floor, toilet and a shower area on the 1st floor. The location is Battersea park road 3 mins to Battersea train station, 4 mins to Queenstown road and 7 mins to Battersea power tube station.
I’m looking for someone to share this flat. Contract is provided.
- 1 month rental - 750. This price has been for a long time and for this are is a very good price. But it might increase in the coming months or years. I don’t know. This price is like this because I’ve been with the owner a long time. For so long as we maintain the flat it will be ok.
- ⁠1 month deposit
- ⁠plus a normal bill like other flats to be shared
Godly and someone who loves and fears the Lord. Which means that the person should be truly born again and with the Lord. Because so that she would understand that living area should be protected and be clean spiritually not practising sexual immorality, drinking, partying and anything like that. That sometimes maybe when praying it can be heard that it’ should not cause problem to her only when those times cannot be avoided. Sometimes perhaps would invite some Christian’s to fellowship with. That sometimes the Lord uses the house for His work and purpose.
