This is a Monday - Friday let only. The room is not available at weekends.

Very comfortable room, with small double bed, in spacious and welcoming house with sunny garden in safe and quiet street just off the Northcote Road in Battersea SW11. Conveniently located for Clapham Junction station, Clapham South tube and lots of bus routes.
This suits someone whose own home is out of town and who wants a calm and restful home-from-home during the working week. The house works well for this, with plenty of room and good shared space. I have welcomed Monday to Friday guests for many years now.
You will share the rest of the house with me - I’m an executive coach - another Monday to Friday guest and a friendly cat.
There is a large and sunny kitchen/dining room, separate sitting room, three bathrooms, sunny garden. Weekly cleaning, bedding, towels and bills are all included. There is some storage for you to leave things at the weekend..
We are a short walk from Clapham Junction station (5 - 10 mins) and many nearby bus routes. Numerous restaurants, shops, cafes and bars are just down the road.
We are a busy, welcoming and friendly household, pleased to catch up around the kitchen table and share a glass of wine if we are all in together.
I am very happy to discuss a term time only option for a teacher, education professional or a student.
I also have a larger room with desk space which may be available and would suit a student.
Sorry, the room is no longer available
