. The sunny room is what would have been the master bedroom, complete with high ceilings in this Victorian terrace. It has a good-sized desk, a seating area and a double bed. There is a microwave, kettle and mini-fridge too.

The large bathroom has a bath and shower, as well as a double size sink. it and the separate toilet is mostly for your exclusive use, though the bathroom contains the washing machine so access will be required by us.

The house is near Clapham Common, mid-way between Clapham Common Station and Clapham Junction. It's a great area - local supermarkets and an excellent bus network; plus lots of e-bikes and Santander stations, as well as a bike park in the garden if you own one. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops to keep you entertained; plus a great cinema and local theatre.

We are looking ideally for someone who is either a professional or a university lecturer who needs somewhere to stay during university term times, as the room is required by a returning post graduate, and some of their things are still in the room. Please do call me to have a chat about what suits - we are looking for the right person and are lucky enough to be able to wait for them. We are a friendly, foodie household - we've plenty of references from previous lodgers if you need them!

You get to share a lovely garden, a bike park if needed. Bills included are: broadband, water, gas and electricity. If you need car parking, we can help you organise that.
