Hey guys, myself and my current flat mate James have put an offer in on a flat in between Battersea and Wandsworth in a private apartment block and we need to get the third housemate secured by TONIGHT.

Your room will be the en-suite room which actually has the biggest bathroom in the house with a twin sink, bath and shower.
£1300 rent and £110 for bills
