Hey there! Are you looking for more than just a place to live? Do you crave a home filled with warmth, respect, and a little bit of rhythm? My housemate Helix and I are searching for a kind, considerate, and music-loving individual to join our little family in Battersea!

Our home offers exceptional privacy, secured by gates that ensure only authorized access. As you walk through the beautiful valley, you'll immediately appreciate the sense of security and tranquility it provides. Despite being in a well-connected area, the home is incredibly quiet—you won’t hear the road or passing cars, creating a total Zen atmosphere.

There’s also secure bike storage and plenty of space for your cat to roam freely without any concerns of it getting lost or stolen.

Currently, we have a very loving cat named Zoe who mostly enjoys spending time outside, only coming in for food. She perfectly embodies the peaceful and free-spirited nature of this home.

Beyond the home itself, the neighborhood is welcoming and trustworthy. Having lived here for over seven years, I can confidently say this is a safe and peaceful place where great relationships with neighbors make it feel like a true HOME.
The Room:

Our largest room is located on the second floor, right at the top of the stairs, next to the second bedroom. It is spacious and features a large built-in wardrobe, offering ample storage. Between the rooms, there is a hallway that provides additional storage space. The third room is conveniently positioned next to the kitchen, seamlessly connecting to the spacious living room, creating an open yet private living environment.

Additionally, we have two toilets and a spacious shower, ensuring convenience and comfort for everyone in the household.

Battersea park that is considered the best park in London is literally less than minute walk and there is plenty off road parking that very rare you can find in London especially in such central location.

GREAT LINKS TO VICTORIA, VAUXHAULL AND CLAPHAM JUNCTION.

Shops around Tesco, Aldi, Asda, TK Max, and an amazing organic store next door as well as cute cafe 166 on Battersea park road that serves the best coffees.
