I’m very sadly moving out of my double room in Nine Elms so looking for someone to fill the room from 1st February.

It’s a lovely room in a 3-bed 2-bath characterful maisonette, sharing a bathroom with just one other person. There is a lovely sitting room at the top of the flat for hanging out together and a spacious roof terrace which is great for summer evenings!

The flat is a 5 minutes walk from Nine Elms tube station and the massive Nine Elms Sainsburys (which is a huge bonus!) It’s also a 15 minute walk from Stockwell tube station for the Victoria or Northern lines and has great bus routes into central London. Battersea Power Station is just a 15 minute walk away and Battersea Park a 25 minute walk.

Rent is £930pcm with bills coming to ~£150 per month including paying for a cleaner who comes every other week.

You’ll be living with two friendly girls, (Immy 23, training to be an accountant) and Caroline (24 currently applying for consultancy jobs). They are both friendly easygoing housemates who enjoy cooking, watching TV in the evenings, and the occasional pub trip or park run!
