Hey lovely people!

We are looking for a friendly subletter to take one of our lovely rooms in Clapham for a short let from January 1st (3 months but possibility to extend). It’s a small double room with under bed storage and a larger wardrobe. We’re a super welcoming house, so we’d love someone who’s up for joining our evening tea and yap sessions!

You’ll be living with two girls and two guys, all working professionals in our late 20s/early 30s. We’re looking for someone similar, social but chilled, who enjoys a good balance of house hangs and their own space. We love a wholesome night out or a pub trip from time to time, but we’re not massive partiers, so we’d like someone on the same wavelength.

House interests include: fitness, theatre, wine, coffee, art, and all things social (but no pressure, we respect a quiet night too!).

We’re also looking for someone who’s clean and respectful of communal spaces to keep our home feeling nice for everyone.
