I’m moving out to move in with my girlfriend, so my room is becoming available in this spacious 3-bed flat in Battersea – and it’s a great spot.
The flat is less than 5 minutes from Battersea Park, easily one of the best parks in London – perfect for runs, walks, or relaxing in the summer. It’s also just a couple of minutes from Battersea Power Station, which means loads of great restaurants, bars, gyms, and coffee shops right on your doorstep. Transport links are great too, with Clapham Common and Clapham Junction around 20 minutes away, making it really easy to get around London.

The flat also has a really spacious lounge, with a TV that has all the streaming services – a perfect place to chill after work, watch football, or just hang out in the evenings.

The Room
The room is spacious, bright and contains plenty of room for extra storage. I work from home most of the week and comfortably have a large desk plus extra storage in the room. I’m currently in the process of moving things out, so it looks a bit emptier than usual, but it’s a really versatile space you can set up however suits you.

The Flatmates
You’d be living with Josh and Tommy, two great guys in their late 20s/early 30s. Josh works in sales operations, and Tommy works in communications. They’re both easygoing, tidy, and good fun to live with. The flat has a really nice balance – people are always up for a chat in the kitchen or watching football (or whatever’s on TV), but everyone also respects each other’s space and is happy doing their own thing.
I’m genuinely a bit sad to be leaving, as it’s been a great place to live and the guys are brilliant flatmates.

The Area
Between Battersea Park, the Power Station, great coffee spots, some of the best pubs in the city, restaurants, and strong transport links, you’ve got loads nearby while still being somewhere that feels relaxed and neighbourhood-y.
The Money (per person per month):
Rent: £845
Deposit: £961
Council Tax: £26
Gas/Electric: ~£30
WiFi: £11
Availability

The room is available from the end of March, though it could potentially be a little earlier if needed.

Looking For
Ideally, someone mid-20s to early-30s, friendly, tidy, and easygoing who’ll fit into the relaxed vibe of the flat.
If this sounds like a good fit, send a message with a bit about yourself, any questions you may have, and we can arrange a viewing!
