I will be moving out of my room located 5 minutes from Battersea Park.

The house had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully furnished. The room comes with a large built in wardrobe.

The current flatmates are 3 other lovely girls in their mid twenties who love a chat and night out but also respect each other’s space. They would ideally hope my replacement is someone who they can become friends with also! :)

Bills for the house come to around £90.

The house is a 12 minute walk from clapham junction station and has lots of bus links all around!

Hoping to move out on 1st of May but may be able to leave earlier if needed!
