The apartment has a large living area, great for hosting. An open plan kitchen. Fully furnished by the current tenants. Brightly lit by large windows.

Convenient to get to bike or catch a bus into central London. 10-15 min walk to tube. Right above and Tesco and Sainsburys for groceries.

2 flat mates are working full time. Go into the office most days of the week. Both are working in the finance sector. Both flatmates are very sociable. Preference is to have someone who is also working full time. Both flatmates regularly clean the flat and have good hygiene.

Bathroom is share with one other flatmate but hasn't been an issue at all. Bathroom is always clean.
