Hello!

I am looking for a KCL full time student to take over my contract for a non-ensuite room in KCL Urbanest Vauxhall student residence.

Condition: the new tenant must be a full-time KCL student only, who is not currently living in another KCL residence!

The room is quite big and super bright with a view on the London eye and Big Ben. It has a 100x190 bed, two storage spaces, bookshelf, wardrobe and desk.

You'll share the bathroom just with another flatmate , so it is very clean!
You'll have a big kitchen (sharing with 10 flatmates) and a kitchenette (next to your bedroom, sharing just with the other 3 non-ensuite tenants) at your disposal.

Availability: I indicated 30th November but actually we can agree on that :)
