Myself (Kay) and my housemate (Matt) are looking for a third person to sign the lease on this beautiful modern house less than 5 mins from Clapham Junction station. All bedrooms are en suite and modern, furnished, there is also a lovely garden area. Fortnightly cleaner included in the rent. Our offer has been accepted but we need somebody who is able to move quickly in getting the lease signed (ideally in the next 48 hours) - move in date is in May.
