Hey guys,

I need someone to fill my room on May 3rd as I’m sadly moving out :(

The house is ideal location, 5 minute walk from Battersea park, 15 min walk from Clapham Junction station.

Three bathrooms, shared kitchen and living room. Everyone is very clean, and there’s also a weekly cleaner that comes on Thursdays.
This is one of the bigger rooms, on the ground floor.

Housemates are all fun, v sociable guys and girls. We do regular pub trips and nights out, but equally love a night in!

Rent is £925 p/m including all bills
Deposit is approx £1200

P. s must be able to move in or at least start the contract from the 3rd May!
