Spacious double room in a four bed house share in Battersea. All bills included - WiFi, council tax, gas, electricity, water and a cleaner who comes every two weeks. The landlord is very responsive and he comes to fix anything if we need.
Just a 15-minute walk away from Clapham Junction station, with buses to central London only a 2-minute walk away. Co-op, Tesco, Sainsbury's, a large Asda, and Lidl all within a 10-minute radius. There are pubs and bars nearby and clubs at Clapham junction which is a 10 min walk away.
The house has two shared bathrooms, a large kitchen/ dining room with a sofa. The three flatmates are clean and respectful. Phoebe - American girl working in theatre, Pranav - Indian student at Imperial and UAL (makes a really good curry) and Yuk - Hong Kong girl working in IT.
