The room is in a 3 bed house with 2 lovely girls. It is a really social and friendly household, often spending free evenings watching something together and chatting, but we all live our own lives. Someone coming in should be friendly and respectful of space.

Large shared kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer and large but cosy living room.

The entire house was rented unfurnished (is now furnished) but more than happy to discuss selling any of the furniture in the bedroom. Most of the shared furniture, TV, hoover, kitchenware etc are owned jointly between housemates. The incoming tenant would need to buy out the third share (RRP £355.07, but will reduce 50% as used = £177). Can send a more detailed breakdown.

Less than a 15min walk to Clapham Common tube, bus stops at both ends of the road, and a 10min walk to Clapham Junction station. Loads of restaurants and shops in the area (Northcote Road close by and Battersea Power Station) and the common is at the end of the road.
