Ideally we are looking for a male flat mate, working professional to fit with the current tenants. It’s my dad’s flat and we are looking for someone laid back to fit in from mid August. Although the room isn't massive, there is a small double bed and built in wardrobe. The window is sun facing, so this room is bright and freshly decorated! We have a lovely living area which connects on to a balcony, communal kitchen and separate bathroom and toilet facilities.

Our flat is located in the heart of Battersea. With Battersea Park just 5 mins walk away, it's a great location for fresh air and scenic views. Clapham junction is a short bus ride away or 15 mins walk. Here you'll find connections to the rail station and all the shops and restaurants. Northcote road is also by Clapham junction which is a great location for coffee shops and lovely restaurants.

Travel:

Clapham junction is close by. As well as Queenstown road station (3 min train to Vauxhall or 7 mins to Waterloo) then Battersea Park Station (3 mins train to London Victoria) Battersea Power station gives you connections straight on to the northern line and straight in to central London within 15 mins. Our flat also has amazing bus and night bus links.
