Rent is £1,325 pm and bills usually come to about £100-£120 pp pm. Deposit is £1,470. Rent is due on every 24th of each month and both payments have to be made before moving in (rent for June has to be paid in May).

The location is amazing with Clapham Common just at the end of the road, an 8 min walk to Clapham South and walking distance to Clapham Junction.
There is a huge Tesco 10 mins away and Northcote road and Balham are close by.

I'm moving out the flat on 28th May, so I’m looking for someone taking over my room from that day.

You will live together with Stacey who is a 28 year old Australian female working in Marketing for a restaurant company. Shes super friendly, bubbly and social. She’s enjoying cooking, going to the gym or trying out new places for dinner / drinks! She also enjoys having boyfriend/friends over for dinner and drinks.
She’s easygoing and sociable and would love to find someone like-minded who would want to be friends as well as flatmates.

We’ll be doing viewings at the end of this week (1st or 2nd May) and again after 12th May. Stacey will be away from 3rd to 11th but we can arrange a quick video call to meet virtually.
