Spacious room available from March in a 3 bed flat by Battersea Power Station (2 mins walk), close to Nine Elms and Vauxhall. By the river and in Zone 1. A built-to-rent flat with lots of amenities including a cinema, gym, garden, concierge, optional parking and a co-working space which is ideal for wfh. It also has a high rise view with a balcony. You'll be sharing the main bathroom with me.
I'm looking for a flatmate who could become a good friend rather than just a flatmate (this is a big priority for me), who is clean and tidy, respectful and easygoing. Our current contract ends in July. I will be renewing for at least another year, so I'm looking for someone interested in a long-term contract.
A bit about me! I'm 27, work in finance and I also study law on the side. In my free time I enjoy seeing friends and family for dinner or drinks, travelling as much as I can, reading, going to the gym or exercise classes, and trying to make the most of living in London. Evgenia is 24 and works in property. She is planning to leave at the end of the contract, so it would be really nice to find someone new together. The dynamic in the flat - we're sociable and have busy lives but are respectful of each other's space. We try to keep the flat as clean and tidy as possible, and it's a very peaceful environment.
Looking for FEMALES only. No couples or short-term sublets :)
Bills are approx £100 per month.
Please reach out if interested - the pictures don't do the flat justice! It's honestly the best flat I've lived in within London. Happy to send videos and arrange a viewing x
