We're looking for a new flatmate in our spacious 3 bed flat in the heart of Clapham Junction!

Seb is moving out of his beautiful, very large double room in April (to move in with his girlfriend!). So we're looking for someone new to take over his room from April 16th

The room is a very large double room with immediate access to the roof terrace, which is amazing in summer! - It has some seating and cushions too, whilst doubling up as a place to store a bike if you have one.

The room comes furnished, but Seb has some additional wardrobes he'd be willing to sell to the new occupant for some extra storage options.

The flat boasts possibly the largest bathroom in Clapham junction, as well as a second bathroom just outside of the room. A modest kitchen and living area with an additional patio for dinners outside in the sun!

The flat is on Aliwal road, just off St Johns road, a quiet residential street which is about a 7 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and a moments away from plenty of bus routes.

We're looking for someone professional, respectful and tidy. The flat is social, but as busy professionals we all tend to be quite occupied during the week! The landlords live abroad but we manage the flat almost independent to make sure everything is in tip top shape.

Bills tend to around £100 a month in total (Gas, Electric, council tax - Band D, internet, water)

Our household is inclusive and LGBTQ+ friendly.
