We offer a bright large double ensuite bedroom overlooking the garden with a shared newly fitted kitchen with w/m and d/w etc, also a lounge area, breakfast bar with smart TV and FTTP super fast wifi throughout. There's good wardrobe space, desk/chair available and Iron/board etc.

We are looking for a quiet professional person to share. Longer stays considered.

Available for 3 months initially with a lodger contract which can be renewed thereafter 3 monthly if everyone is happy ongoing.

This refurbished flat is on the 1st floor of a beautiful Georgian home with automatic outdoor lighting and Banham locks with lockbox.

The family live on the ground floor so are available for emergencies. Your room is on the 1st floor sharing with 2 other professional men (1 is an owner), the kitchen and sitting room are shared with an understanding not to disturb cooking out of normal hours etc.

We are very close to Chelsea, RCA etc with good transport (tube 15 mins, Uber boat 5 mins walk, Victoria 10 mins, Clapham Junction 15mins). Battersea Village 2 mins walk and Coop 5 mins walk, not to mention the beautiful Battersea Park is 5 minutes walk.

All bills included.

Our cleaner does 2 weekly cleaning with supplied sheet change. We give the full set of linen with the understanding you wash it for the next turnaround.

Working from home welcome 2/3 days or by agreement.

Please note, this is fully furnished with everything you need and was an exclusive Airbnb home. There's no storage for anything more than a few suitcases and small personal belongings. This is a not party home, we all value privacy and peace.
