We are two architects working in Battersea. Our flatmate is leaving at the beginning of May and so we're looking for a friendly, responsible and most importantly clean young professionals to take his rooms :)

The location would be ideal for architects working for Foster+Partners as it's a 5 minutes walk away from the office.

The contract is joint for the whole apartment (so not per room), it is fixed from the 5th of May 2026 and is renewed on a yearly basis.

The bills are roughly 100 per month, and they include electricity, gas, water, internet, council tax and professional cleaning.
