A lovely double bedroom is becoming available in a beautiful flat in Lancaster Gate, starting January 10th.
My name is Jared, we are looking for a replacement as our flatmate is leaving for a job opportunity in Australia. You would be living with me (25, British) working in revenue management / data science and Brewer (23, American) who is a research fellow at a university. Brewer and I met through mutual friends of our leaving flatmate from the university.
The room is large and features plenty of storage space (multiple closets, shelves in hallway, and under bed). Each of the bedrooms' windows open up to our flat's internal courtyard. The room's bathroom is located just down the hall from the bedroom and would be shared with only Brewer.
The flat is below ground, but gets plenty of natural light and has an open kitchen / dining room that is great for entertaining. Our location is amazing, we are less than a 2 min walk from Hyde Park on a very quiet street. We also have pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets just a few blocks away on either side.
Our nearest tube lines are Lancaster Gate (Central, 5 min walk), Bayswater (Circle / District, 10 min walk) and Paddington (various, 12 min walk).
It's a great flat and we are looking for someone clean and easygoing as a replacement. Brewer and I are both professionals and are looking for someone who will fit in well to a relaxed living dynamic.
Westminster Council Tax: Band G (utilities + council tax are ~£100 total per month per person)
