I am looking for a female flatmate to live with in a shared flat, as my housemate is moving out. The room is available in a 2-bedroom apartment in W2, perfect location if you’re looking for a place in Central London.

The room is really huge, with a lot of wardrobe and storage space in it as well. The flat is bright and spacious with huge windows in the bedroom and is less than 10minutes walk away from Zone 1 stations Marble Arch (Central Line), Edgware Road (Bakerloo/Circle/District/Hamm ersmith&City Lines) and Paddington station. The kitchen is part of the living room area, as seen in the photos I’ve attached.

The apartment is right opposite to a Waitrose, and is close to a Tesco. There is also a small Sainsbury’s beside Edgware Road station. It is a walking distance to Oxford Street, and there are a lot of food options along Edgware Road!

The rent for the room is £275 per week / £1,100 per month (excluding bills). Bills usually add up to about £40ish per month.

The flat is available immediately from now and the contract for the place will end on September 26, 2019.
