Couldn't have wished for a better flat-share! I had the best time here, but now moving out to buy a place of my own.

Large 4 bedroom flat. Three bathrooms (an ensuite, main bathroom and other toilet only), modern kitchen and separate living room. It's very spacious.

The building
Beautiful old school Victorian mansion block. Neighbours are quiet. Hallways are cleaned and bins collected from flat doors daily. Block management team are responsive.

The area
5 min walk from beautiful little Venice. Canals are close by for walks or runs. Also close to Regent's Park. Nearest tube stations are Warwick avenue, Paddington and Edgware Road. Commute to Oxford circus 10 mins. Convenience stores and leisure facilities are a stone throw away. Zone 1 living at its best!

Flatmates
Alice, Maude, and Josephine - they are awesome and some of the best flatmates i have ever had! Often out and about but like having people around! They are very easy going and can get on well with pretty much everyone.

Bills
Average £100 a month for all bills. Includes gas, electric, council tax, water, internet and weekly cleaner who does the bedrooms too.

Landlord
Andre, great guy and fantastic landlord- understanding and very responsive.
