We unfortunately have to live our cosy Notting Hill flat as my flatmate is moving to Italy.

The flat is in a secured building in Notting Hill with concierge, very good quality new furnitures and a balcony with lots of light.

It features a coffee machine, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave and lots of storage.

The location is in the middle of Notting Hill and Paddington. It is 5 minutes to Royal Oak Station and Bayswater, 8 minutes to Paddington, and 10 minutes to Queensway.

There are many shops and cafes and parks around, a public library where you can work and a big Waitrose just behind.

Both rooms have big wardrobes, storage under the bed and chest of drawers and big windows.

It is also Westminister City Council so the bills are lowest possible.
