I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this beautiful, modern flat in a fantastic central London location, just a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and a 10-minute walk from Paddington, Marble Arch and Oxford Street.

I’ll be moving out in November, so I’m looking for someone to take over my place on the existing tenancy agreement through our letting agency.

You’d be sharing the flat with my lovely flatmate Elena, a 27-year-old professional. I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy who would enjoy sharing a home with her. The kitchen and bathroom would be shared between the two of you.
