I am subletting my fully furnished double room in my lovely Bayswater flat for 3 weeks in August who anyone considering short term sublet. An ideal renter is preferably a female who is friendly, polite, and clean, as you will be sharing the flat with a female student at Imperial College. There is an option to extend to August 2027 should you wish.

It is on the 4th/top floor (lift access) of a picturesque Georgian terrace just 6 mins to Bayswater tube station (District and Circle Lines) and 10 mins to Queensway tube station (Central Line). The flat is recently renovated and has an open-plan living/dining/modern kitchen area; two bedrooms (one occupied), a bathroom with a modern shower and bath. There is a washing machine in the storage area. The kitchen has a new hob/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator (no freezer).

It is a lovely area surrounded by picturesque Georgian terraces and two high streets (Queensway and Westbourne) just 5 minutes away. The lively Notting Hill is just 10 minutes away. There are multiple gyms in the area, with a PureGym and Thirdspace within 5 mins. A large Waitrose is less than 10 minutes away with smaller shops, bars, and restaurants everywhere in between.

Bills are all covered in the rent, including high-speed Wi-Fi.
