We currently have double and single rooms available for a single occupant.
The double room is available now and it has own garden.
The single is available from begging of April.
The home is in a Prime Location near the heart of Bedford for Professional Tenants.

The rooms come fully furnished to make you feel at home. Our kitchen is kitted out with utensils, pots and pans, cups, plates, etc. to get you started, although you are very welcome to bring your own stuff. We also have a comfortable little sofa/TV room we like to call the Snug, complete with heaps of cable channels! All bills and council tax included.

Our house in Bradgate Road, Bedford, has SUPER FAST Virgin Broadband so you can stream videos at ease. Bills are all inclusive in the price, so no need to worry about putting money aside.

There are two large bathrooms both with a shower, bath and WC.

We supply a weekly cleaner who will clean all the communal areas only. But if you wish for her to help with your room, she can for an extra charge.

We, in return, are looking for sensible, professional, social housemates to share the house.

The house could not be better situated and is a gentle 10-minute walk to the centre of Bedford and a further 15 minutes to the train station! It is also close to the A6, A1, A421 and M1. The central location makes it easy to get to work quickly or to travel around Bedford. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in town.

We want all our tenants to feel welcome and we look to place like-minded people together. These rooms are for professional workers who are friendly, considerate and mindful of their neighbours.
