sadly looking for someone to take over my studio platinum at John Bell House because my plans changed :(

it's literally the cutest studio - your own little apartment in the city centre. own kitchen, own bathroom, big double bed, desk area for studying/wfh, and so much storage. you don't have to share anything!

the building is so nice too - gym, study rooms, little cinema room, laundry downstairs and reception team are so lovely & 24/7. location is perfect, like 2 mins to Belfast Met and 10 mins walk to Queens/UU and town.

it would be a direct takeover so you'd sign straight with John Bell, not through me. they're aware and super helpful with the transfer. no extra fees from me at all, just want to help someone get a nice room!
