Good single room available in nice house in Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7. The house is close to QUB and 15 mins walk to the city centre.

The house has a large living room and two bathrooms, and all other mod cons - gas heating, high speed internet, microwave, tumble dryer, dishwasher, off-street parking etc.

There are currently three females in the house. The current housemates sometimes travel, and work and study full time, so are not be in the house that much, however they are all friendly and welcoming. We're looking for another female to move in that is happy with that situation.

Room is available from 12th May.

Rent is £240 per month (deposit the same).

Bills - electricity, gas and shared household items (e. g. washing up liquid) - are approx an extra £50 per month.
