I have a double room available in my modern ground floor apartment in South Belfast, Finaghy Road South. The room is fully furnished with wardrobe and under bed storage.

The apartment has its own door access and private parking. It has been recently redecorated and has a B84 energy rating, meaning it’s super easy on utility bills.

There is a bus stop just outside the building that goes past Queen’s University to city centre. The area is very quiet, safe and has friendly neighbours.

High speed WiFi, management company fees and ground rent are included. Gas and electricity are shared.

About me:
I’m an Aerospace engineer and have just completed my PhD at Queen’s University. I’m moving to England for work at the beginning of July, hence I renting the room.

Your flatmate will be Kristian, a lovely 28 year old fella starting a job at Ulster University Sports Centre. He’ll also be moving in 1st of July.
