The room comes with a large wardrobe and a single bed. Rent is £400 per month, with a £300 deposit.
Bills are shared: £10 per week for electricity, and the house is heated by oil, which is split between 4 people (so it can vary depending on usage). WiFi is included in the price.
At the moment, only one other person lives in the house. He works night shifts and is usually away on weekends, so the house is generally very quiet.
The house is kept clean both inside and outside. It has new appliances including a washing machine, dryer, fridge, and cooker. The living room has a new corner sofa and a great TV.
House rules are simple: clean up after yourself and respect others. Pets are allowed as long as they are house-trained.
The location is convenient, with a gym and swimming pool nearby, as well as a petrol station with a pizzeria and a Spar shop.
I am ideally looking for a working professional who is clean, respectful, and easygoing.
