Room details: Each bedroom has a wardrobe, desk and mirror. Amenities include shower/bath, tumble dryer, washing machine and dish washer.

Location: A recently refurnished house just off Sunnyside Street with on street parking beside the house. We have a local Spar just across the road and are just a 5-minute walk from the Errigle on the Ormeau Rd, but also close to the Queens PEC (10 mins walk).

Appropriate for young professional or postgrad student. No pets or smoking. We each clean our own room and clean up the kitchen after cooking. I enjoy my privacy but am happy to share a pizza, I do want a friendly atmosphere.

Rate £550 per month in advance – this includes gas, electricity and Wi-Fi and rates. This will be a one month rolling contract with a month’s notice for either of us.
