There are plenty of shops, restaurants, gyms and bars etc all within walking distance. The other residents in the building keep to themselves and are friendly if passed in the building.

Gas and Electricity are done by a pay as you go top up card which can be topped up at the local co-op which is a 2 minute walk away.
