Hi There,

I have a spare single room in my house in Ainsworth Avenue (BT13, Belfast) and I’m looking for a non-smoking, open-minded, tidy and respectful housemate. The room is available from 1st May. The house situates in a quiet but convenient area: bus stop just 5 min from the door with frequent connection (11a/b/c/g) to reach Donegal Place in less than 10 min; within 15 min walking distance you can arrive at big supermarkets (Tesco, Lidl, Home Bargains), an affordable gym (JD Belfast) as well as Royal Victoria Hospital - a good place for professionals and graduate students alike in Belfast.

The room on the second floor is fully furnished with a double bed, a working desk, a wardrobe, and plenty of extra space for storage. It is well lit with a double glazed window.

You will be living with four guys – me, my partner and another two lodgers. My partner and I are not all the time at home but the other two housemates are working full time. We share the living space and cleaning duty. It is very important for us that everyone in the household cares and maintains the living standard so that we feel comfortable staying at home. We will also find a balance between being friendly and sociable and respecting everyone's privacy and quiet moments.

This is not an LGBT-only household. We respect everyone’s personal space and we expect you to do the same :-)

This is a very cosy and functional house with a charming character. We share the bathroom/shower and the kitchen, which is equipped with a cooker/oven, a wash machine and a tumble dryer. There are two reception rooms where you can enjoy and relax. You're also welcome to play music on my piano and read from my book collections.
