I’m looking for someone to rent a room in my lovely cottage in Holywood, Belfast, for anything from 1 month up to around 12 months. I’m quite flexible on dates as I spend some time away in London

The room is £600 per month + approximately £80 for bills.

The house is in a really nice, relaxed area of Holywood, and it’s only about a 5-minute walk to the train station. From there you can get into Belfast city centre, or to Botanic/Queens in around 15 minutes, so it’s really handy if you’re studying or working in town.

A little about me: I’m 31, a PhD student and I also teach Pilates. I’m pretty laid-back and sociable, enjoy a drink and a chat. I’m into the outdoors, trying out the various sea saunas around Belfast, and generally making the most of being by the coast.

I’d ideally like to live with someone who’s easy-going, respectful and clean, and who is happy with a relaxed, homely atmosphere. I’m definitely not looking for a party house (although don’t mind partying outside of the house on occasion!

The short-term flexibility could make it particularly good for someone who’s in Belfast for a placement, PhD, work contract, visiting university, or just wants somewhere for a few months.
