The rent is £151 per week, which is cheaper than the current price on the website (£168/week). The room is an ensuite (comes with private bathroom) and a shared common kitchen with 5 other flatmates which are friendly and clean. All bills included plus wifi.

Also comes with membership access to Ulster Sports Centre which has facilities like gym, multipurpose court, yoga and pilates classes.
