A semi furnished modern double room available from 1st August near Ulster University. The house is very convenient to live in Belfast, close to the city center. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Ulster University from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Lidl and Asda. The park and GP are very close. It takes 1 minute to walk to the bus stop and Yorkgate train station is very close. The house has double glazed windows so it is less cold in the winter and the new boiler was installed a few months ago and the house has a good energy rating so the electric and gas bills are relatively low.

We are a family of four. We have two children, an 18 year old and a one and a half year old. We have decided to rent out our terrace room as it is not used. The room can accommodate two people very well. There is an attached bathroom/toilet with the room. The kitchen and living room will have to be shared.
