1 Double rooms to let in terraced house in quiet neighourhood. Would suit a professional or mature student but you would need transport to get to Magee or to Altnagelvin. I live a very quiet life and work 5 days per week. Someone who works from home would not be considered.

I have a very friendly older dog who enjoys the company.

There is a backyard and a small outside space with decking to the front of the house with an amazing view overlooking the Foyle

I would prefer lodgers who are also environmentally conscious in their use of products and recycling.
