The house is pretty central, a 10 minute drive to town or 40 minute walk.
However, there is a bus stop outside the door.
It is very handy for university of Ulster student, Mater Hospital or someone working in the city centre.
There is some on street parking. Shops and takeaways etc are 2 minutes walk from the house.
