Operate fair use policy for use of hot water and electricity, 1 month notice, no drugs or bs suitable for a working person. All bills included. Other guests get on well and nice atmosphere and sociable. If you’re not a tidy person please do not apply, you are expected to carry out chores that are not difficult, it is not a hotel!
