Fully furnished large room to rent in my own countryside bungalow in a quiet location away from the road, 1 mile from Crumlin, 5 miles from the International Airport, 10 miles to Antrim and Lisburn. Crumlin is very centrally located with good facilities including a sports centre, bars and restaurants, 2 supermarkets, 2 petrol stations. Nice location for country cycle rides and walks.
The room is equipped with a Kingsize bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, desk, chair, 2 chests of drawers, wardrobe, leather sofa, bedside cabinet. There are beautiful countryside western views from the double windows where you can watch the sun set over Lough Neagh.
The main bathroom with bath and shower is shared between the two bedrooms, but as my room is ensuite and there is a 3rd toilet off the utility room there are ample bathrooms.
There is a well equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, furnished patio area outside with tables, chairs, sofas; BBQ available. Ample parking available and there is storage space in the garage for a bike.
There are 2 large but friendly dogs living here so you must be comfortable with dogs.
