Hi! I am taking a leave of absence from university, and am looking for someone to take over my lease from June 2026 to March 2027 (exact dates are negotiable).

The room is part of a 4-room flat located a 5 minute walk away from Surrey Quays Overground station and a 12 minute walk from Canada Water station. There is also a large Tesco Extra located nearby.

It's very spacious, with a double bed and access to a back garden. My flatmates are also very clean and considerate to live with. We share a bathroom and kitchen
