Hi! I'm moving out to live with my partner for the summer and am Renting my room out. The flat is 5 minutes walk from whitchapel, 10 from bethnal green. There is a large sainsburys right next to the flat.

The room would be furnished. A leather chair and desk are mine but can be negociated at a steal price to keep. Bills are about 50 a month in addition to rent. Room faces a very calm park. Room is east facing, and is very bright during the day. You will be living with 3 professional yound men, all very chill. The appartment is cozy and homey, and the flatmates are easygoing but clean.

IMPORTANT! This is intended as a 4 month sublet - 20 may to 20 september. However, it can be extended into full rental afterwards.
