A new-built two bedroom flat. A stone's throw from South Bermondsey Station. 4-5 min cycle/scooter from Bermondsey/Canada Water Stations (Jubilee/Overground), free on-street parking and private ground-level bike storage.

Every single person who's seen the place said that the room is way more spacious than it looks in the pic as it is shot at a wide angle to fit all the corners in. The bedroom available has a desk with space to wfh, I have an en-suite so it's essentially the big bathroom to yourself. The hydraulic Ottoman bed opens up so ample storage space and a full size wardrobe behind the door.

The flat is situated on the second floor. Neighbours are super friendly as we are fellow live-in homeowners. Deliveries always come through. It's a really residential and safe area, peaceful with easy access into central London, especially if you work in City/Canary Wharf. Train is 4 mins to London Bridge so around 10-15 mins total and 20+ mins to City/Canary Wharf.

I sometimes work from home and tend to socialise out most evenings. My friends would describe me as fun, friendly and extroverted so would be looking for someone similar.

Bills have been incredibly low (despite energy crisis) as electricity AND gas was under £60 for TWO during some months.
Council tax is Band E so works out £65 pcm each, single occupancy discounted (wink).
