I am the current tenant and I am looking for one Female flatmate. The price (£1171.5 per month) is for a single room and includes internet fees only. We pay electricity and water bills, as well as council tax (council tax is around £90 per tenant per month).

There are also shops nearby, including a Tesco just around the corner on Jamaica Road.
