I am subletting my room in a lovely 2b1b house - sharing with one other person only!

Location : SE1, Druid street

- Bermondsey station: 10mins 🚶‍♀️

- London bridge station: 15mins 🚶‍♀️

- Bermondsey street(highstreet with cute cafes and bars) : 6mins 🚶‍♀️

Duration: 2-24 May (can be a little bit flexible)

Rent : 1000 all inc + deposit £200 (in case any damages caused, otherwise returned asap after moving out)

House brief: A 2 bed all furnished house. Comes with a garden, a spacious living room with TV and dining area, a kitchen, and a shared bathroom. The bedroom for sublet is a decent sized bedroom around 9m2.

You will be sharing the entire house with one other girl (professional, 27). It’s a quiet and clean house so I am looking for a person who will take care of the house the same while I am away.
