Hello!

We are looking for a third flatmate for our place in Bermondsey. There are great city views from the balcony and huge roof garden. The building also has a gym.

The flat is a 10-minute walk from both Burgess Park and Southwark Park. South Bermondsey station is about a five-minute walk, which is just one stop away from London Bridge. Bermondsey station is a 15-minute walk away. There are also buses to all over town from Old Kent Road.

Tower Bridge, Borough Market and Maltby Street Market are all within walking-distance, with loads of microbreweries closer to home.

The room is a large double, with plenty of room for a desk. It is currently furnished with a double bed/mattress and some clothes storage. We can remove these if you wanted to bring your own stuff. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other.

Owen & Max. Fairly typical 30ish folk - both like our sport. Very happy to have a beer/wine and watch the football or an episode of Bake Off. Both have our own lives going on so it rarely feels too busy. Let us know if that sounds like you!
